Beginner's Zumba - Start your exercise program here! Learn the basics and have fun with Bethany. The intensity is lower, the choreography is easier, but the energy and excitement are sky high!
Yoga - Take advantage of all the benefits that yoga has to offer : Stress reduction, muscle toning, balance, weight loss, strength, and flexibility. Yoga mats recommended.
Body Sculpt – Free weights and Body weight are used to increase your strength and anaerobic endurance, as well as give the muscle tone. Yoga mats recommended.
** Beginning exercisers can safely start any class. Modifications and Beginning levels can be demonstrated, so make sure to talk to your instructor beforehand with any concerns.
